Education: After completing her training as a chemical laboratory technician, Dr. Monika Christlbauer studied food chemistry and subsequently earned her doctorate in food chemistry at the Department of Food Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. Prior to joining aromaLAB, Dr. Christlbauer worked very successfully for many years as a senior flavor chemist and project manager for a leading international Swiss FMCG company in R&D and operations.

Education: Olivia Sumser studied brewing and beverage technology at the Technical University of Munich/Weihenstephan.

Education: Dr. Veronika Greger studied food chemistry and subsequently earned her doctorate from the Department of Food Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. She also passed the Second State Examination at the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety.

Education: Dr. Johanna Grimm studied food chemistry and subsequently earned her doctorate from the Department of Food Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. She also passed the Second State Examination at the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety.

Education: Dr. Michael Cappi studied chemistry and subsequently received his doctorate from Imperial College, Cambridge University.

Education: Dr. Laura Berbel Miñano studied chemistry and subsequently obtained her doctorate at the Department of Organic Chemistry at the University of Leipzig.

Education: Dennis Freer completed his training as a chemical-technical assistant at the Dr. Erwin Elhardt Chemistry School in Munich.
