Education: After completing her training as a chemical laboratory technician, Dr. Monika Christlbauer studied food chemistry and subsequently earned her doctorate in food chemistry at the Department of Food Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. Prior to joining aromaLAB, Dr. Christlbauer worked very successfully for many years as a senior flavor chemist and project manager for a leading international Swiss FMCG company in R&D and operations.
